Membership auto-renews monthly
Card on file is charged monthly.
If card declines membership will be cancelled for following month.
Once charged the month is non-refundable
Please stop at admissions to check in each visit.
A valid waiver must be signed on account.
Membership pricing is per child.
Child should be the same per visit.
Please wear socks for sanitization! Can bring own or buy socks at admissions.
Membership is for weekday visits only (Monday-Friday).
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation must be submitted within three (3) business days of the membership auto-renew date. Please email us to cancel your membership at info@kangaroojaxs.com
State law requires riders to obey all posted signs, warnings and instructions, and to behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injuring themselves or others. Membership holders who cannot respect our policies or staff may be asked to forfeit their membership
