Cancellation Policy
- There is no cancallation fee
- Cancellation must be submitted within three (3) business days of the memebrship auto-renew date
- Please email us to cancel your membership at info@kangaroojaxs.com
Terms & Conditions
- Card on file is charged monthly.
- If card declines membership will be cancelled for following month.
- Once charged the month is non-refundable
- Please stop at admissions to check in each visit.
- A valid waiver must be signed on account.
- Child should be the same per visit. We can swap names for foster care situations. Let us know and we can edit the child on the account.
- Please wear socks for sanitization! Can bring own or buy socks at admissions.
- Membership gives your child unlimited play Monday through Sunday
