Party Policies
- All parties reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book.
- All parties can bring inside their own cake, goodie bags, fruit or veggie tray, individual bags of chips & pretzels and extra decorations.
- We ask that no other additional outside food or drinks be brought inside our facility. Please call for allergy exceptions.
- All parties can play during and after their party until closing time.
- All parties can check in 15 minutes before their party starts.
- We do not accept cake or balloon drop offs before your party event for liability.
- Due to extreme helium rental costs and shortages we do not inflate balloons with helium anymore! If balloons are dropped off with your decorations we can inflate a reasonable amount of yours with air.
